About Me

Dominic Chanes is the broker/owner of DC Real Estate Services. Originally from Orange County, California, Dominic has been an avid surfer spending countless hours in the water.  Throughout high school and college he played hockey, lacrosse, and was on the surf team.  Inspired by his grandfather, who has been a Real Estate Broker for 35 years and counting, Dom decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Dominic transferred to San Diego State University after two years at Santa Barbara City College where he majored in Real Estate.  He was actively involved in Real Estate Society at SDSU where he served as the Vice President and completed courses in Toastmasters.  Dom is now in the SDSU Real Estate Society Alum Association. He began working in commercial real estate at a private equity firm, then with a commercial brokerage before transitioning to residential real estate. Dominic graduated SDSU in 2017 with a B.A in Real Estate.  He received his real estate license in that same year before obtaining his broker’s license in 2018.   Dominic has represented numerous clients across San Diego from La Jolla to Oceanside and beyond. He has helped both buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals. He decided to start DC Real Estate Services in 2018 to better serve my clients real estate and property management needs. He has overseen $10 million in real estate sales and currently manage 12 properties across San Diego..
